By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SparQan is a life design and personal development platform featuring AI-powered coaches. The Service is currently in development and may change without notice.
SparQan does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. All content, coaching interactions, and recommendations are for informational and motivational purposes only. AI coaches are not licensed professionals. You should consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your health, finances, or legal matters.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using SparQan. Personal growth, habit formation, and goal achievement vary by individual.
All content, design, code, AI models, and branding are owned by SparQan and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Any content you provide to the Service (journal entries, goals, messages to AI coaches) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparQan and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SparQan from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the state where SparQan is headquartered.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
